Pradeep Kumar Singh
Pradeep acts for corporations, whether they are private or listed companies, on all aspects of their business including advice on structuring their operations, the setting up of the business (such as incorporation of companies, registration of branches or representative offices), compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, licensing requirements, advice and drafting of corporate documentation as well as advice and drafting of documentation on investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings.
Pradeep also advises companies listed on the Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) on listing issues and transactions including compliance with the SGX Listing Manual, fundraising, bond issues, acquisitions and disposals, interested party transactions, employee share option and share schemes, corporate transactions requiring shareholders’ approval and corporate governance issues.
He is also active in helping businesses to manage their people effectively – the most important aspect of any successful organisation. His work covers the whole spectrum of employment law issues from the onset of the employment relationship to its termination (including reviewing employment contracts and employee handbooks for compliance with Singapore laws and advising on corporate restructuring and termination issues) as well as immigration issues (including the application of employment passes, Singapore permanent residence and Singapore citizenship).
Pradeep is a former Senior Assistant Registrar of Companies and Businesses.
He sits on the firm’s Management Committee.

Wong Pei-Ling
Pei-Ling was formerly the Head of Legal and Compliance of a Malaysian main board listed company, which provided business outsourcing services to multinational clients across Asia, the United States and Europe. Prior to joining CNP Law, she served as legal counsel in a government asset holding company for public healthcare institutions, advising the institutions on their commercial and technology contracts.
Pei-Ling has over 23 years of experience in corporate and cross-border transactions, and has advised on investments, joint-ventures and commercial transactions in Singapore and Malaysia. Over the years, she has also developed a practice in the areas of data protection, technology and employment. Pei-Ling is qualified to practise law in Singapore and Malaysia, and was admitted to the English Bar in 1996.

Quek Li Fei
In addition to Li Fei’s experience in acting for banks on varied transactions and in general corporate law, he also provided estate planning and succession planning advice to individuals, including the legal aspects of wealth management, setting up trusts and off-shore structures. He also advises on charities and other structures in philanthropy, including setting up charities and companies limited by guarantee.
His cross-border work on various transactions, loans, infrastructure, debt and equity issues have involved lenders, borrowers and corporates in many jurisdictions including Indochina, the PRC, Korea, ASEAN, the Bahamas, Panama and the United Kingdom. He enjoys providing clients with clear thinking on matters that are often highly complex.
He is also actively involved in advising on legal aspects of distributed ledger technology/blockchain, cryptocurrency; ICOs (initial coin offerings), including legal and regulatory compliance.
Li Fei heads the firm’s Banking and Finance as well as Private Clients teams.

Tan Min-Li
Min-Li’s principal areas of expertise are in corporate and financial services with particular emphasis on corporate finance, securities and capital markets and private and public mergers and acquisitions throughout Asia. She derives satisfaction from structuring practical legal solutions that take into account the commercial aspirations of clients and their risk profiless, be it helping a client to extract value from his business through a sale or a listing or working on strategies to scale and expand, bringing the business to the next level. Her clients include private companies, from start-ups to established companies and companies listed on the SGX and other international exchanges, funds and financial institutions. She also regularly advises on corporate governance and listing rules for companies listed on the SGX (Mainboard and Catalist).
Min-Li firmly believes in being a valued partner to her clients, as opposed to merely a service provider.
She heads the firm’s Corporate Finance team.

Kenn Lim
Kenn’s practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investments and private equity transactions.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Kenn regularly acts for companies in a spectrum of industries in various domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.
Kenn graduated from the Australian National University with an LLB (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Major). He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014.

Ge Xiaomeng
Xiaomeng is a partner in the Corporate Finance practice group, she is proficient in Mandarin.
Xiaomeng’s practice encompasses corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory. She has more than a decade of experience acting for clients in a range of corporate transactions across various sectors. She actively advises clients on fundraising exercises, acquisitions and disposals, initial public offerings, public takeovers and delistings, and post-listing compliance matters.

Nicole Leong
Nicole is an associate in the Corporate Finance Practice Group. She advises clients including multinational companies, listed issuers, sponsors and investors in complex mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate and commercial cross-border transactions.
Nicole graduated from the Singapore Management University in 2020 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2021. She is fluent in English and Chinese.

Geraldine Zhang
Geraldine is an associate in the Corporate Advisory Practice Group. Her main areas of practice include general corporate advisory, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. She has been involved in preparing and negotiating commercial agreements and general corporate contracts.
Apart from general corporate matters, she has experience in the energy sector including negotiating terms and crafting comprehensive term sheets pertaining to the supply of renewable energy.

Jasmine Teo
Jasmine is a general corporate lawyer with a focus on employment and data protection law, and has demonstrated experience in corporate commercial matters and mergers and acquisitions. Jasmine’s experience in these areas allows for a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and the ability to provide clear, effective legal guidance. Jasmine strives to bring a practical and thorough approach to legal challenges.
In the area of employment law, Jasmine has advised clients on a range of issues, from drafting and negotiating employment contracts to handling workplace disputes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Jasmine graduated in 2022 with an LLM from the Singapore Management University (Dean’s List), and in 2011 with an LLB (Hon) from the National University of Singapore.

Ong Hong Yi
Hong Yi is an associate in the Corporate Advisory Practice Group. He graduated from Monash University in 2021 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2023. His main areas of practice include general corporate advisory, employment law, data protection, and mergers & acquisitions.
In particular, he has advised multinational corporations on a wide range of employment law matters, covering the entire employment life cycle. This includes reviewing and drafting employment contracts and handbooks, advising on grievance handling, health and safety advisory, managing employees’ personal data, enforcement of restrictive covenants, employee benefits and policies, and retrenchment and termination of employment relationships.
As regards data protection, he has advised companies on their data protection obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). This includes advising a large German automobile manufacturer in reviewing its global template data privacy notice and consent declaration form which required a comparative exercise of the PDPA and European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Samuel Lee
Samuel is an associate in the Corporate Advisory Practice Group.
He graduated from the Australian National University in 2021 with first class honours and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2024.
His main area of practice is general corporate advisory, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, data protection, and employment law.
Senior Associate
Xiao Yuting
Yuting is a senior associate in the Corporate Finance Practice Group. He graduated from the Singapore Management University in 2018 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019.
Prior to joining the firm, Yuting practised corporate law with a focus on cross-border transactions. He also worked as a legal counsel for a global manufacturing MNC, where he advised stakeholders on legal risks in transactions, assisted in negotiations, and supported the implementation of group-wide legal compliance.
Yuting is currently in the firm’s Corporate Finance department, focusing on listing compliance, securities, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He is also involved in general corporate advisory work.
