  • Senior Associate / Associate (Corporate Advisory)

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Admission to the Singapore Bar (admission to other common law jurisdiction(s) will be considered);
    • At least 2 to 5 years’ PQE with solid corporate and commercial experience involving M&A and equity and debt investments;
    • Good contract drafting, negotiation and research skills;
    • The ability to run files with minimal supervision and lead junior lawyers;
    • The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently; and
    • A self-driven approach and positive attitude.
  • Senior Associate / Associate (Litigation)

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 1 to 5 years’ PQE in litigation and arbitration
    • Responsible for handling cases assigned by the partners, attending litigation, client meetings and mediation sessions.
    • Responsible for perusal and investigation of documents and providing legal opinion in respect of the same.
    • Draft and vet documents, i.e contracts, deeds, agreements and notices.
    • Perform legal research, review and negotiate contract, indemnity agreement, Wills and Probate documents.
    • Represent client in court and conduct civil litigation.
    • Provide legal advice on regulatory and operational issues.
    • Carry out due diligence exercises when required.

We take a strong, practical and thorough approach to guiding our trainees through a rigorous program designed to bring you up to speed with the latest in the industry and beyond.

You'll gain exposure to diverse disciplines by collaborating with associates and partners from various practice areas, while gaining vital lessons that pay dividends later on.

If you're shortlisted for a practice training contract in 2025/2026, you'll undergo a month-long structured internship program in June/July the year prior.

Successful applicants are expected to commit fully to the program, covering various aspects of legal practice.

Priority for training contracts is given to those who have completed the internship program with us.

    BENEFITS

    Our Practice Trainee Package comprises

    • A competitive monthly honorarium during the training contract period.
    • Traineeship allowance for time spent on preparatory course leading up to Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations.
    • Reimbursement of the fees for the preparatory course leading to
    • Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations a year after retention as an associate.
    • Filing and stamping fees of court documents necessary for admission to the Singapore Bar upon retention as an associate.
    • First-year associates can expect a competitive salary package.
