- Litigation – Dispute Resolution
The team is regularly engaged in cross border commercial dispute resolution matters involving international clients and, in particular, in the Asia Pacific region.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore (admission to other common law jurisdictions will also be considered).
- 1 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with solid exposure in litigation and/or arbitration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, meticulous and motivated.
- Ability to manage complex and high value litigation and arbitration matters independently and as a team.
- Able to read and communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage but proficiency in business or legal Chinese is not required.

We are seeking highly motivated, experienced and competent associates / senior associates to join our expanding Corporate Advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Transactional Work: Support the corporate partners on a diverse portfolio of domestic and cross-border transactions from inception to completion.
- Advisory and Drafting: Provide legal advice and draft, review and assist with negotiations on a wide array of corporate and commercial documentation (including but not limited to share sale and purchase agreements, asset sale agreements, shareholders’ agreement, joint venture agreements, equity subscription agreements, commercial contracts and corporate secretarial documents).
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough legal due diligence, identifying key risks and providing recommendations.
- Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research and provide clear, concise analysis on points of Singapore law and regulatory framework.
- Business Development: Actively participate in the firm’s business development initiatives, including client pitches, seminars and other business development activities.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Duly admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
- Experience: A proven track record of 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)gained with a reputable law firm, with demonstrable expertise in:
- Corporate M&A: Experience in advising on and executing a range of M&A transactions (buy-side and/or sell-side).
- Commercial Contracts: Strong exposure to drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements.
- General Corporate Advisory: Experience in advising on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
- Legal Acumen: Proficiency in contract drafting, good negotiation skills and legal research capabilities across complex corporate and commercial legal issues.
- Autonomy: Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently and autonomously, often with tight timelines.
- Work Ethic: A strong capability in thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, consistently delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail and good time management.
- Professional Attributes: Highly self-motivated, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a positive, collaborative attitude that contributes positively to our team and firm culture.
- Commercial Savviness: Possesses sound and pragmatic commercial judgment and the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice to clients.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is considered a strong advantage, especially for client interactions. While dedicated legal or business Mandarin fluency is not a mandatory requirement, it would be greatly valued.

Paralegal/Legal Support Duties:

Job Requirements:

- Manage internal and external clients with professionalism

- Elodge/estamp/submit title instruments and documents
- Handle incoming calls, correspondences, and confidential documents
- Providing professional service in attending to the firm’s clients
- Assisting clients in their application for CPF and bank financing and attending to completion of transactions
- Dealing with post completion work including lodgement of instruments at the Singapore Land Authority
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant working experience handling private or HDB residential and commercial properties transactions including sale and purchase of completed properties, project development work, redemption, mortgages & refinancing.
- Keen to work independently to manage conveyancing transactions and clients;
- Conscientious worker with an eye for detail;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Ability to liaise and follow up with business partners and clients;
