CNPLaw LLP (“CNP”) acted as lead counsel and advised Smith Tan Asia Phoenix Fund, a Cayman Islands domiciled investment fund (“Fund”), on various fund terms, including regulatory matters, with respect to its fund documentation. The Fund is managed by Smith Tan Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (“Manager”), a registered fund management company registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

She is also regularly involved in other transactional work involving mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and employment issues.
