CNPLaw acted for Lite-On Singapore Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Taiwan-listed electronics manufacturer Lite-On Technology Corporation, on its acquisition on the entire issued share capital of Daizu Property Holdings Pte. Ltd. (the “Target”) for an aggregate consideration of approximately S$46.85 million. The Target is a lessee of a newly developed industrial building held under a 30-year leasehold granted by JTC Corporation. The transaction involved real estate and regulatory considerations in addition to corporate workstreams.
