CNPLaw acted for Innovare Management Singapore Pte Ltd (the vendor) and UOB in the redemption of two commercial loans secured over the two properties. Concurrently, we also acted for the vendor and Nxtmove Pte. Ltd. (the purchaser) to sell and purchase the same properties as a friendly parties transaction following from an M&A transaction involving the sale of shares of the vendor to an investor. Upon completion of the sale and purchase of the two properties, there was an immediate leaseback arrangement to the vendor on terms which we helped parties to negotiate.
