CORPORATE
- 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with solid exposure to corporate M&A and general commercial work;
- good contract drafting, negotiation and research skills.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- 1 to 7 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation and/or arbitration;
- possess strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- You should be responsible, meticulous and motivated;
- You should be able to work independently and as a team in complex and high value litigation and arbitration matters;
- ability to read and communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage.
FUNDS
- experience in funds and investment management.
WEALTH & INVESTMENT
- provide legal and transactional advice;
- reviewing and drafting of client and credit-related documentations.
PRIVATE CLIENTS
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE);
- Experience in drafting documentation for trusts (including offshore trusts), wealth management; estate planning, wills and probate matters.
Job Requirements
- it would be an advantage if the Senior Associate or Junior Partner has a book of business and has the ability to run files with minimal supervision and lead junior lawyers;
- the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently;
- a self-driven approach and positive attitude; and

Administrative/Secretarial Duties:
- Scheduling of meetings/appointments and handling of calls
- Monitor assigned timelines, ensure timely filing and documentation
- File opening & closing
- Billings & collection
- Conducting KYC (know your customer) due diligence checks
- Time entry and claims submissions
Paralegal/Legal Support Duties:
- Proofread and format legal documents
- Conduct litigation searches, desktop research and prepare summaries or reports
- Assist with data room review and collation of documents for transactions
- Assist with the preparation of documentation for notarisation
- Perform any other applicable ad-hoc duties/projects as and when required
Job Requirements
- Strong organisational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:
- Provide executive support to lawyers and senior conveyancing executives in all aspects of their work
- Manage internal and external clients with professionalism
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Elodge/estamp/submit title instruments and documents
- Handle incoming calls, correspondences, and confidential documents
- Providing professional service in attending to the firm’s clients
- Assisting clients in their application for CPF and bank financing and attending to completion of transactions
- Dealing with post completion work including lodgement of instruments at the Singapore Land Authority
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant working experience handling private or HDB residential and commercial properties transactions including sale and purchase of completed properties, project development work, redemption, mortgages & refinancing.
- Keen to work independently to manage conveyancing transactions and clients;
- Conscientious worker with an eye for detail;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Ability to liaise and follow up with business partners and clients;
- Applicants with no relevant or partial experience but are open to learning new skills and taking on challenges are invited to apply. On the job training will be provided for suitable and motivated applicants.
