CNPLaw LLP, formerly known as Colin Ng & Partners LLP, successfully represented as counsel for one of the appellants, namely, the Chief Operating Officer of Airocean Ltd, before the Chief Justice of Singapore. The previous convictions for non-disclosure and misleading disclosure under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap 289, 2002 Rev Ed) against our client by the lower court was set aside. We had also successfully argued for a reduction of a custodial sentence to a fine for insider trading under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap 289, 2002 Rev Ed).
