The previous convictions for non-disclosure and misleading disclosure under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap 289, 2002 Rev Ed) against our client by the lower court was set aside. We had also successfully argued for a reduction of a custodial sentence to a fine for insider trading under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap 289, 2002 Rev Ed).
