John Mark Chen
John Mark is a corporate mergers and acquisitions lawyer who specialises in competition law.
With more than 18 years PQE from Singapore and the United Kingdom, John Mark’s expertise encompasses a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity funds, commercial agreements, employment, and regulatory matters.
