Sudha is an Associate in the Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Projects Practice Group who graduated from Singapore Management University. Her practice experience includes Corporate Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Commercial Disputes, Insolvency, and International Arbitration, gained across international and local law firms.
Sudha has also held positions as APAC Legal Counsel at Singapore’s first digital bank (backed by a British global bank) and a Danish global consumer goods MNC. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Sudha worked at a government-linked company (GLC).
Beyond her legal practice, Sudha serves on the board of a charity organisation and is committed to causes including animal welfare and children’s wellbeing.
