Wan Sim is a seasoned legal professional with a strong focus on family litigation. She has also built a solid foundation in civil and insurance litigation, providing her with a broad range of legal expertise.

Over the years, she has represented clients in highly contentious divorce proceedings in both the Family Justice Courts and the Family Division of the High Court. Her cases often involve complex disputes over the division of matrimonial assets and children’s issues, showcasing her ability to navigate sensitive family matters with precision and empathy. She is also familiar with Syariah Court, maintenance, Personal Protection Orders matters and all forms of enforcement, including committal.

Her expertise also extends to applications for granting financial relief related to foreign matrimonial proceedings and international child abduction.

A graduate of the University of Leeds, where she earned her Bachelor of Laws, Wan Sim has been actively involved in mental capacity and probate work, frequently representing clients in hotly contested litigation with their family members.
