Kenn previously practised as a corporate lawyer at CNPLaw for more than a decade, advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investments and private equity transactions. During his time as a partner of the firm, Kenn also played a key role in the firm’s overall talent development and business development initiatives.

Kenn has since transitioned from legal practice into his current role as Director – Special Projects, where he leads firmwide strategic initiatives focused on practice innovation and cross-practice collaboration, as part of the firm’s continued efforts in delivering integrated and innovative solutions.

Kenn holds an LLB (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the Australian National University and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014.
