CNPLaw LLP (“CNP”), formerly known as Colin Ng & Partners LLP, acted successfully in a highly-contested divorce proceedings for a wife who had to rely on numerous aspects of the husband’s conduct spanning the duration of their 17-year marriage in order to prove his unreasonable behaviour but these allegations were wholly denied by the husband who claimed these were minor and isolated misunderstandings and insisted on reconciling with the wife. The matter proceeded in the Family Justice Courts for a 10-day trial hearing including submissions before we succeeded in proving the wife’s case and obtained a Court Order to dissolve the marriage.
