CNPLaw LLP (“CNP“), formerly known as Colin Ng & Partners LLP, acted as Singapore counsel for the formation and launch of Ginkgo Tree Global Select Fund (“Fund”), an open-ended fund incorporated in the Cayman Islands. The Fund will invest in a diversified portfolio of large cap stocks through a dynamic/flexible assets allocation with a benchmark of MSCI World Index.
