Wee Siong brings with him multi-faceted expertise and experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. In addition to being an experienced legal practitioner advising on a broad spectrum of corporate work, he is a chartered accountant and has been involved in corporate actions both as a financial adviser during his time as an investment banker and and as a listed company director. He has also practised as an auditor.
With this appointment, CNP has now grown its partnership to 25 partners. The expansion of our partnership underscores our continued growth and dedication to nurturing talent and supporting our clients’ evolving legal needs.
