Bill is an English lawyer who is also registered to practice Singapore law in the areas of corporate law, banking and finance and securities laws. His experience includes 10 years in the City of London and over 30 years based in Singapore, as a partner in a well-known international law firm prior to joining CNP. He has worked for clients from all over the world on M&A, capital markets, investment funds, private equity deals, project finance, leveraged buy-outs and restructuring transactions. His focus is on assisting clients to access Asian markets and investment flows through Singapore. He also advises on regulatory and employment issues in the financial services industry.

He is a leading individual for Corporate and M&A as well as a recommended lawyer for the categories, “Banking and Finance” and “Labour and Employment” in Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2023. Her clients include private companies, from start-ups to established companies and companies listed on the SGX and other international exchanges, funds and financial institutions. She also regularly advises on corporate governance and listing rules for companies listed on the SGX (Mainboard and Catalist).

Xiaomeng’s practice encompasses corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory. She actively advises clients on fundraising exercises, acquisitions and disposals, initial public offerings, public takeovers and delistings, and post-listing compliance matters.
