Bill is an English lawyer who is also registered to practise Singapore law in the areas of corporate law, banking and finance and securities laws. His experience includes 10 years in the City of London and over 30 years based in Singapore. Before joining CNP, Bill was a partner in a well-known international law firm. His focus is on assisting clients access Asian markets and investment flows through Singapore. He also advises on financial services and other regulatory issues .

He is ranked for Investment Funds in Chambers Asia Pacific 2026. He is also a highly regarded lawyer for Investment Funds in IFLR1000 2025 and Asialaw Distinguished Practitioner 2025. She also regularly advises on corporate governance and listing rules for companies listed on the SGX (Mainboard and Catalist).

She actively advises clients on fundraising exercises, acquisitions and disposals, initial public offerings, public takeovers and delistings, and post-listing compliance matters.

Andrew is an associate in the Corporate Finance Practice Group. His main areas of practice include corporate finance, equity capital markets, and general corporate advisory. He has been involved in preparing commercial agreements and general corporate contracts.
