CNPLaw LLP is proud to have acted as solicitors to Vin’s Holdings Ltd (“the Company”) in their successful initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”).

The first IPO for the SGX in 2025, this milestone listing saw Vin’s Holdings Ltd raise S$6 million in gross proceeds – approximately S$4 million net proceeds – through a fully subscribed placement of 20 million shares at S$0.30 each.

Founded in 1987 by Chairman Vincent Khong as a car workshop, Vin’s Holdings Ltd steadily grew and evolved into a leading integrated automotive solutions provider. Today, the Company delivers a full suite of services including automobile sales, automobile financing, automobile after-sales services such as maintenance and repair, and automobile rentals and leasing services, meeting the needs of both individual and institutional clients.

CNPLaw extends our congratulations to Vin’s Holdings Ltd, its sponsor RHB Bank Berhad, and all stakeholders on this significant achievement. We are proud to have played a significant part in this pivotal corporate milestone and we look forward to the Company’s continued growth and success.

Special recognition goes to our dedicated CNP team, Tan Min-Li, Ge Xiaomeng, Nicole Leong, Xiao Yuting, Andrew Eng, and Audrey Soh for their exceptional efforts in bringing this transaction to fruition.
