CNPLaw LLP advised the Singapore branch of the largest private bank in India on a secured back-to-back letter of credit facilities to PT Virema Impex in Indonesia and Virema Commodities Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, as co-borrowers, which were completed in October. The borrowers trade in various industrial products in bulk.
