CNPLaw LLP advised the seller on the sale of all of the shares in CFM Alliance Pte. Ltd (“CFM Alliance”) in a transaction with a buyer consortium vehicle. CFM Alliance is a Singapore holding company with four Singapore subsidiaries (Classic Systems, Classic Moving, DSP Relocations Asia and The Family Movers) and a Malaysian subsidiary, and brings together highly accredited and reputable relocation and moving companies. Their mission is to provide clients the most comprehensive end to end relocation services, and to maintain industry leading positions as trusted and reliable partners with global reach.
