CNPLaw LLP advised China Tobacco International (HK) Company Limited (“Company”) as to Singapore law in its listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong

CNPLaw LLP conducted a review of the Company’s material contracts in Singapore, and advised the Company as to its compliance with the relevant laws and regulations in Singapore. In particular, the tobacco laws and regulations applicable to the Company were undergoing rapid legislative changes, and various acts and subsidiary legislations had to be woven together to provide the Company with comprehensive picture of the legislative landscape.

The Company was listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 12 June 2019. The public offering raised approximately HK$813 million.
