CNPLaw LLP acted as Singapore counsel for the Asia Pacific arm of a group of manufacturing companies based in Europe in its acquisition of a local group of engineering companies operating in Singapore. The Asia Pacific arm was recently formed as a result of the client’s merger with a leading manufacturer from East Asia and currently services the aerospace, automotive and medical industries in Asia Pacific. The acquisition was carried out in different tranches over three years, finally completing in June 2021 and sealing the client’s presence in Singapore.
