CNPLaw LLP (“CNP”) acted as lead counsel for the successful launch of Dios AM Hessian Matrix Global Fund SP (“SP”), which will invest primarily in multiple asset classes across the G20 and Asia. The SP is the third segregated portfolio of Dios Asset Management SPC, a Cayman Islands domiciled segregated portfolio company (“Fund”). The Fund is managed by Dios Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (“Manager”), a registered fund management company registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
