CNPLaw LLP (“CNP”) acted as lead counsel for the successful launch of Annexe Fund VCC (“Fund”), an open-ended variable capital company incorporated in Singapore. The Fund is an umbrella fund and has successfully launched its first sub-fund, Systematic Alpha, with a multi-asset class investment focus. The Fund is managed by Point Hope Pte. Ltd. (“Manager”), a capital markets services licence fund manager in the accredited and institutional investor category.
