The Singapore chapter was contributed by Equity Partner Bill Jamieson, alongside Associate Daniel Ng of the Funds Practice Group.
The chapter provides an overview of the legal and regulatory framework governing alternative investment funds in Singapore. It covers the legal and regulatory considerations relevant to fund managers, investors and other market participants in establishing, managing and marketing alternative investment funds in Singapore.
