CNPLaw Funds Team, partner Mr Amit Dhume and Associate Mr Abel Ho co-authored a chapter of the 7th edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Alternative Investment Funds 2019. This guide is published by the Global Legal Group and it covers common issues including regulatory frameworks, fund structures and marketing in 32 jurisdictions.

The Singapore chapter covers issues such as the regulatory framework, fund structures, marketing, investments, disclosure of information, taxation, and reforms.
