CNPLaw’s (formally known as Colin Ng & Partners) dispute resolution team, Subramanian Pillai, See Tow Soo Ling and Venetia Tan, assisted by Lim Shu-Yi, Benita Koh and Ervin Roe, authored the Singapore chapter in the 11th edition of the Dispute Resolution Review. This review is published by Law Business Research Ltd and covers an overview of civil court systems of 37 jurisdictions. It offers a guide to those who are faced with disputes across international boundaries.

The Singapore chapter touched on issues such as an overview of the dispute resolution framework, the year in review of arbitration in Singapore, reforms in several areas of Singapore Law, significant decisions in court, the court procedures, legal practice, documents and the protection of privilege and alternatives to litigation such as arbitration, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.
