CNPLaw LLP (“CNP”) acted as Singapore counsel for a local eyewear distributor with regional presence in its joint venture with a key industry player in Indonesia. The joint venture which was finalised in March 2019 serves to formalise the parties’ long term affiliation with each other and establishes the client’s footprint in the Indonesian market.
