CNPLaw LLP (“CNP”), formerly known as Colin Ng & Partners LLP, acted as lead counsel for the launch of LC Cerestra Core Opportunities Fund Pte. Ltd. (“LCC“), a Singapore domiciled, India focussed real estate fund that seeks opportunities in specialised real estate.

As lead counsel, CNP was responsible for the documentation and regulatory matters for LCC. LCC is offered to high net worth individuals and corporations.
CNP also acted as Singapore counsel for the initial acquisition of assets by LCC from a United States-based group. The initial real estate assets in the southern part of India accommodate advanced research and development infrastructure in multi-tenanted research buildings, incubation facilities, build to suit blocks and industrial plots.
