CNPLaw LLP (“CNP”), formerly known as Colin Ng & Partners LLP, acted as Singapore counsel for Link Healthcare (“Link“), a specialist pharmaceutical and medical technology business focussed on the Asian, African and Australasian (“AAA“) regions, on the sale of Link to Clinigen Group plc (“Clinigen“), the speciality global pharmaceutical company listed in the UK, for an initial consideration of £44.5 million and a maximum of approximately £100 million based on achievement of milestones.
Clinigen agreed to acquire Link in late September 2015 and the acquisition was completed on 30 October 2015.
