CNPLaw LLP (“CNP“) formerly known as Colin Ng & Partners LLP acted as Singapore counsel for the formation of R.E. Lee International Capital SPC (“SPC”), a Cayman Islands domiciled segregated portfolio company. Concurrently, the SPC also launched several segregated portfolios with various investment focus ranging from digital technology assets, industrial metals, and mining, and trading of equity indexes using AI platforms.

Abel is in the Funds team. His main areas of practice are in investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and compliance matters.
