CNPLaw LLP (“CNP”), formerly known as Colin Ng & Partners LLP, acted as lead counsel for the launch of Wavemaker Pacific 1 Pte. Ltd. (“WPPL“), a Singapore domiciled, Asia Pacific focussed fund that seeks to realise long-term capital appreciation for its investors primarily by making venture capital investments in the securities of private companies primarily engaged in high technology industries, including enterprise software, mobile, internet of things, marketplace and related industries.

CNPLaw was responsible for the documentation and regulatory matters for WPPL. WPPL is offered to high net worth individuals and corporations, and is managed by Wavemaker Pacific Partners Pte. Ltd.
