CNPLaw LLP (“CNP”), formerly known as Colin Ng & Partners LLP, acted and advised in the negotiations for the acquisition of China Square Central for $390 million with immediate leaseback to the vendor as master tenant and simultaneous listing of the REIT on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Acted in the structuring of the acquisition of the asset in Singapore and also in the financing of the transaction. This was part of a cross-border transaction involving Australian parties and financiers concurrent with the listing of a property trust fund with other assets in Australia.
