GET TO KNOW KEN

Ken heads the Corporate advisory team in the firm and has an international focus in his corporate and M&A work having graduated from the University of Exeter in the UK and worked in business development positions with various subsidiaries of the Hang Lung Group (SEHK: 10) in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China and with Informa plc (LSE: INF) in Singapore.

His commercial experience means he can talk to his clients in a language they understand and provide them with the comfort their lawyer understands how business really works.

He also believes that major law firms such as ours have a responsibility to give something back to the community. Personally, he has provided pro bono advice to Parkinson Society Singapore on general corporate advisory matters.
