Merger and Acquisitions

Acted for a Malaysia listed company in the acquisition of a cigarette printing company in Indonesia.


Joint Ventures

Acted for an Indonesia company in a joint venture with a China steel company in building Indonesia’s largest steel and iron plant, coking plant, jetty and rolling plant in an industrial park in Indonesia, worth at least USD1 billion investment.


Acted for a food and beverage SGX-listed company in its joint venture in Indonesia for its franchising business.


Dispute Resolution

Acted for the majority vendor of a well-known Chinese restaurant group of companies in Asia in a dispute with the purchaser, supporting the senior counsel in the arbitration and preparing the settlement agreement.
