The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact globally, affecting the lives and livelihoods of potentially millions of people, accompanied by a growing impact on the global economy and businesses which is still unfolding.  As the pandemic develops at a rapid pace, governments worldwide have reacted by closing borders, restricting movement of its citizens and placing curbs on how businesses can operate, in an attempt to slow down the spread of the virus.

We understand these turbulent times may have had an impact on you and your business and that you may be concerned about what the future holds.  We appreciate that, with the rapidly developing landscape, it may be difficult to keep track of legal developments as they happen.

At CNPLaw, our COVID-19 Response Team has consolidated legal developments in our COVID-19 Resource Centre and will analyse the legal implications and issues that arise.  Our COVID-19 Response Team includes lawyers across our different practice areas who are closely monitoring this area.  If you should have any questions about legal issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, please feel free to reach out to our COVID-19 Response Team.
