  • CNP acted for purchaser, a leading real estate investment fund, in the acquisition of a $11 million prime site industrial building and also advised in the related debt financing arrangements.

  • Acted for the lessee, a process heat transfer specialist technology company, in the surrender of a leased prime site industrial building to Jurong Town Corporation for a consideration sum exceeding $10million.

  • Acted for Jian Huang Engineering Pte. Ltd. (the Vendor / Lessee) in their sale and leaseback of industrial premises at 15A Tuas Avenue 18, Singapore to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (as trustee of Mapletree Logistics Trust) (the Purchaser / Lessor).

  • Acted for Ascend Group Pte. Ltd. (the "Vendor") in their sale and leaseback of the industrial premises at 39 Ubi Road 1 Singapore 408695 to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (in its capacity as Trustee of Sabana Shari'ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust) (the "Purchaser").

  • Acting for Nobel Design Holdings Ltd (the "Vendor") in the sale and leaseback of their industrial premises at 16 Tai Seng Street Singapore 534138 to RBC DEXIA Trust Services Singapore Limited (in its capacity as Trustee of Cambridge Industrial Trust).

  • Acted in the lease of 30 hospital beds by Parkway East Hospital, (operated by Parkway Hospitals Singapore Pte Ltd, owned by Parkway Pantai Limited, the largest private healthcare provider in Singapore) to Changi General Hospital (a public hospital under MOH Holdings Pte Ltd, the holding company of Singapore's public healthcare assets), in a collaboration between a private and public hospital in Singapore.

  • Acted for United Overseas Bank Limited in a $63 million secured re-financing of borrowings of a local corporate ("Borrower"). Securities held by the Bank include mortgage over two industrial properties, debenture, charge over contract proceeds, corporate guarantee and assignment of major contracts of the Borrower to the Bank.

  • Acting as the landlord's solicitors in negotiating, reviewing and advising on leases of office, retail and commercial units in various malls and buildings comprising the assets of a REIT

  • Acting for corporate clients in reviewing and advising on leases of residential and commerical units, including Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) and Housing Developmetn Board (HDB) leases

  • Advising an offshore bank in negotiations for the lease renewal of its office space at Capital Tower. Further acting for the same tenant in the lease of additional premises and extensive negotiations on renewal and redevelopment clauses

  • Acting for corporate clients in acquiring JTC land for the purposes of building factories for business operations

  • Involvement in the establishment of what was to become CapitalMall Trust, the first listed property trust in Singapore

  • Acting and advising in the negotiations for the acquisition of China Square Central by Allco REIT followed by its listing as a real estate investment trust on the Singapore Stock Exchange, comprising of both Singapore and Australia Proeprties. Purchase and leaseback of the asset with related assignments of contracts

  • Acting for the manager of Allco REIT to negotiate the acquisition and leaseback of SGX centre and all related due diligence investigations

  • Acting for Allco REIT and advising in negotiations for the acquisition of an office building cum commercial and retail complex known as KeyPoint at 371 Beach Road for $370 million. Preparation of novation and assignments of related service and occupancy contracts. Conveyancing financing work for the acquisition

  • Acting and advising in the negotiations for the purchase and leaseback of Paradiz Centre and related assignments of tenancies and service contracts

  • Acting in the acquisition by Downer EDI Limited of CPG Corporation, the former public works department in Singapore. Project financing involving acquisition of properties for commercial and residential development in Singapore

  • Advising on concepts for residential development and use for a major residential developer in Singapore

  • Advising on development and restructuring options to convert a major hotel in Singapore into serviced apartments and mixed use

  • Acting and advising in the negotiations for the joint acquisition of 2 sites comprising residential houses and a petrol station for collective redevelopment into a high-rise residential cum commercial building with related applications for change of use

  • Acting for developers in purchasing land for redevelopment and applying for housing developer's licence

  • Acting for a local developer on the sale of various condominmiums
