In the past few years, our Team has been involved in various notable cases such as the following :-


  • We acted as the appointed arbitrator of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in an arbitration between a Singapore company and an American corporation involving breaches of an international supply agreement

  • We represented a Singapore company in an arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong (ICC), involving a US$ 40 million dispute over a turnkey contract for the construction of a wafer fabrication plant for the production of Integrated Circuits (ICs) commissioned by the Russian government

  • We assisted in the drafting of construction agreements for a Malaysian multinational corporation and rendered advice on the use of arbitral clauses in said contracts

  • We represented American and Singaporean interests before the SIAC in an arbitration relating to contractual disputes involving information technology transfer arrangements provided by an Internet web domain portal

  • We advised a Malaysian-listed company in the arbitration aspects of a multi-million dollar investment dispute against a major European bank

  • We advised an Indonesian listed telecommunications company with respect to potential claims and assisted in the preparation for arbitration in Singapore under the SIAC against a Korean multinational equipment supplier for breaches of contract regarding the installation of a mobile telephone network across Java and Sumatra.
