Colin Ng & Partners LLP acts in lease of hospital premises by Parkway East Hospital to Changi General Hospital

Colin Ng & Partners LLP acted in the lease of 30 hospital beds by Parkway East Hospital, (operated by Parkway Hospitals Singapore Pte Ltd, owned by Parkway Pantai Limited, the largest private healthcare provider in Singapore) to Changi General Hospital (a public hospital under MOH Holdings Pte Ltd, the holding company of Singapore's public healthcare assets), in a collaboration between a private and public hospital in Singapore.

The agreement to lease 30 hospital beds for a term of five years is to meet the increasing need for healthcare and to ease the patient load at Changi General Hospital ("CGH") by housing CGH patients at Parkway East Hospital. CGH patients housed at Parkway East Hospital will continue to be monitored by CGH doctors and pay subsidized rates.
