CNP Tax Acquires Seasoned Tax Professional
Mr Gurdeep Singh Randhay joins CNP Tax as its Tax Director.
CNP Tax is the tax & advisory arm of Colin Ng & Partners LLP.
Gurdeep is a seasoned tax professional with over 20 years of experience in cross border tax strategy, M&A tax structuring, and multi-jurisdictional personal tax planning. Gurdeep has worked primarily in the big '4' international accounting firms globally including Singapore, Sydney and London.
More recently, Gurdeep headed one of the big 4"s high profile International Tax Services Division for the Middle East and was based in Dubai. In this role, Gurdeep was instrumental in advising global multinational clients on tax issues for investments into and out of the Middle East. Gurdeep's expertise includes Singapore taxation and GST.
