Colin Ng & Partners LLP advises Bilcare on international bond debt restructuring

Colin Ng & Partners LLP ("CNP") acted as Singapore counsel to Bilcare Singapore Pte. Limited ("Bilcare Singapore") on its recently completed restructuring of US$45.5m principal amount of 4% convertible bonds ("Bonds") and US$44.5m of Bonds with warrants to subscribe for shares of Bilcare Limited ("Bilcare").

The Bonds were listed on the SGX and the shares are listed on the BSE. The transaction also involved an issue of US$54m 7% exchangeable guaranteed bonds of Monument Pte. Limited, which Bilcare Singapore guaranteed.

The CNP team was led by partners Bill Jamieson and Stephen Soh and included associates Frances Saggers, Marisol Caneja and Amit Dhume.
