A gentle reminder when dialing our numbers

We have received feedback from the general public that when they dial our number using their home landlines, they reach the handphone of someone unrelated to CNP. How this happens is that they dial “9” in addition to our 8-digit number.

Hence, if you are calling us from your home landline, it is unnecessary to add a “9” in front of our number eg 6323 8383. Doing so will instead result in your call being diverted to a stranger's handphone. Dialing the number 6323 8383 will suffice.
